Cancellation and Refunds:

If you are unable to honor our reservation you must call to cancel at least 7 days before your scheduled check-in date. Call 407-538-5922. We will not accept emails as a form of cancellation. You must call when requesting a cancellation. Your reservation is NOT canceled until you receive, via email, confirmation from us.

 

You will be paid your full stay online or over the phone, we will issue a refund (minus your $75 deposit) within 30 days if your cancellations made at least 7 days before your visit. Otherwise, you will be responsible for paying the entire amount.

 

 

 

RESERVATION POLICY:

 

The following policies are enforced for all reservations and cancellations regardless of circumstances. We are not responsible for poor weather or your personal work schedules, etc

 

Property must be rented for a minimum of three (3)-night stay. If our calendar shows two days available between stays, and you would like to book a short visit, call us directly. We may be able to book the property for you.

 

Full payment for your rental is due at the time of scheduling your visit. This amount is only refundable (minus a $75 deposit) if requested at least seven (7) days before your scheduled arrival. NO REFUNDS will be issued for any reason, without at least seven (7) days’ notice.
